We are really delighted with the bookcases that Tom built and installed to create our library. At every step of the process, from the first visit to completion, both he and Lauren could not have been more helpful. He took time to make sure we could achieve what we wanted, while allowing for the oddities of our old house. His suggestions were always constructive and showed that he understood exactly what we wanted. The installation itself was a lot less disruptive than we'd expected, as Tom went to a lot of trouble to make sure both dust and noise were kept to a bare minimum.
